Find True Happiness.

We spend our lives trying to find true happiness. We do jobs where we aren’t happy at, in the hope that the money we make will help us be happy. The problem here is that we are looking for external solutions to an internal issue. Know what you truly want and then you will be happy. Read on to see a way to do this. So the fame, big house, sports cars, tropical holidays, big TV, designer clothes. All these things will make you a happy and successful person, no? That depends. But most of the time, no it wont make you happy. All these things are external solutions. Think about when we say, ” I feel so happy.” The important part of that sentence is, FEEL. We feel happy. So this means that happiness is a feeling and feelings are internal. You don’t feel happy outside of your body. Now…

Know your why

You have started a project and it was brilliant at the start. And now it doesn’t seem to be going very well. You are not enjoying it. Or you have so much passion for a project but it just isn’t working out. If either of these are happening to you ,then the reason is why. Not why is this happening to me but why am I doing this project. You need to know your why. Know your why. I am going to talk about two reasons a project may not be working out for you. There can be other reasons that your project or life isn’t working out for you. But what I am going to talk about in this post is very important for when you want something to work. Why you do something is so much more important than what you do. This works both for your personal…

Your value in life.

Do you wonder if you have any value in life. I want to tell you a short story that will help you to feel more valued in life. It will show you your value in life. Your value in life. One day a boy asks his father, “What is the value of my life?”. Instead of answering this, the father gave the boy a stone. He sent the boy to the market. He said that if anybody wants to buy the stone then the boy should hold up two fingers and not say anything. The boy got to the market and a women said, “That’s a nice rocket I would like it for my garden, How much is it?” The boy held up two fingers and didn’t say anything. The women then said ” 2 dollars, I’ll take it.” The boy then ran home to his father and told him thta…

Stop looking for problems on the outside

All our problems in life are on the inside. So stop looking for problems on the outside. We to often try and resolve an internal problem with outside actions. In this post I want to write about what I mean by this. How may times have we felt sad, angry, depressed, anxious, scared etc…. And then we try and resolve these problems with outside stimulants. Such as drink, food, drugs, sex, etc…. These solutions are usually short lived and also damaging to us and our lives. Internal problems. When you are feeling happy, sad, depressed, angry, anxious. Where are these feelings coming from. Where do you feel angry or sad? You feel it inside of you. But we always try and look for solutions on the outside. External resolutions. We just prolong the problems when we have outside resolutions. There are so many stories of rich and successful people committing suicide.…

Ask for help

Struggling alone is never a good way to resolve anything. Whenever we are stuck in life we should ask for help. We get into certain situations because of our own actions, decisions and a lack of knowledge. We need someone else’s input. Know when to ask for help. That feeling we have when we have a new project and it isn’t going well. It isn’t progressing how we want it to. We are putting 100% of our time and effort into it. But it just isn’t working out. We need to ask for help. Work. Maybe you have a shop. But you are struggling with stock ordering or shop layout. Maybe you are someone who is struggling with promoting your business and getting in new clients. Maybe human resource is a problem for you. When you are struggling with problems then you should ask for help. This is about the…

Suppression leads to depression

“Suppression leads to depression.” Trent Shelton I was just listening to some YouTube videos. In one they were speaking about depression. I really like to post things about depression. I want people to know that if they ever need to talk then they can contact me. Also I want to write things that may help us fight depression by ourselves. Because suppression leads to depression. If you suppress your will to change, hunger for life, dreams, self confidence or happiness then you will enter into depression. This is also true if you suppress someone else. We need to help people around us, give them room to develop, to grow, give them encouragement. If you are feeling unhappy and unmotivated then maybe the following things will help. Change your environment. The most beautiful and most resistant flower in the world can die in the wrong environment. So your plant isn’t doing…

Just start it

How ironic I have just been sat here for about 5 minutes trying to work out the perfect way to start this post. So this post will be about starting a new project. The best advice is to just start it. There is never a better time than now. You will never be perfectly ready. I will explain why. You will never be ready, so just start it. We all want our projects to be amazing. We see others and deep down we want our to blow theirs out of the water. So we learn new things and we try and prepare our selves. There is always something new to learn. You need to know the basics and then just start it. The best way to learn anything is by doing it. (Unless you are a doctor, then go to university. Don’t learn on the job.) Comparisons We always compare…

Turn negatives into positives

We will all have some negative situations in life. But it is how we react to these situations that maters. Life does not happen to us, it happens for us. Turn negatives into positives. Turn a negatives into positives So I want you to think of a time in life when something bad happened to you. I am sure that many of you will be thinking, well that’s easy, I have loads of examples. So now I want you to think of how this made you feel in the days and weeks afterwards. My guess is that you fealty negative. Nothing was going right for you. Useless. But what if you had turned that negative situation into a positive one? It is a strange thing why negativity is something that we hang on to. Why? I believe it is because it is easier than changing. After something bad has happened…

Strange times.

So we have been living in this pandemic for a couple of months now. None of us really know what will happen next. And this is really frightening people. Because of this, The main aim of this post is to help you feel better and to get through these strange times. Why, when, how. There are so many questions in peoples heads. The news is full of horrific stories. Never have we lived in a time when we have had access to so much information. This is an amazing tool for you when you want to improve your life. You can learn new skills and promote your new business. But this great tool can be our worst enemy. Misinformation is everywhere. Scare mongering is common. All these things add to mass hysteria. It also adds to our anxiety. It makes these strange times. Why are we feeling this way? In…

what is stopping you

So you want to start a new project, but you seem to be hitting an invisible wall. You want to give a presentation at work but can’t or you want to go and join a club. What is stopping you? The pointless invisible wall that is stopping you. What feelings do you have when you are in these situations? Fear, embarrassment, low self-esteem, no time. We feel all these things and more. But why do we feel this way? It is all about the comfort zone and your brains job to keep you there. To survive you need to stay in your comfort zone. This is what your brain is thinking. But as we all now know this trait is not needed anymore. And it is our jobs to let our brains know this. Breaking through this wall. So, we all have had experiences where we have joined a club…
